Guitar Summer at 331 Club hosted by The Mikkel Factory, featuring The DitchLilies.

Mikkel on his new series: “The summer ‘Rezo City’ resonator guitar series I’ve been hosting the last 4 years has grown into a more sophisticated American Primitive/Rezo thingy I’m calling guitar summer. Great players from around the region will join me on some Sunday afternoons throughout the summer forgreat performances. Free for your enjoyment.”

The DitchLilies are Kari Larson and Lisa Schultz playing roots music from the Americas and Europe with vocals, guitars, mandolins, banjo, and ukulele. Performing around the upper midwest since 1998, bringing a freshness and depth to folk music traditions.

Mikkel Beckmen (washboard, wooden tray, and stomp box) has been a fixture on the Twin Cities scene for a number of years; some of the folks he's played with include the Brass Kings, Charlie Parr, and Lonesome Dan Kase & the Crush Collision Trio.
