With US underground drone wizards Pelt and later the barnstorming Appalachian old-time band Black Twig Pickers, fiddler and banjoist Mike Gangloff helped forge a unique blend of avant-garde freedom and dyed-in-the-(plaid)-wool backwoods traditionalism.

Mikkel Beckmen (washboard, wooden tray, and stomp box) has been a fixture on the Twin Cities scene for a number of years; some of the folks he's played with include the Brass Kings, Charlie Parr, and Lonesome Dan Kase & the Crush Collision Trio.
