Eli Gardiner & Jim Walsh at 318 Cafe

Eli Gardiner, born and raised in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, started to write songs while still in high school. Now residing in the Twin Cities, his latest studio album, “The Fire and The Medicine”, was produced and recorded with Greg Schutte (Mickey Hart, Ryan Bingham, Chastity Brown). Joining him is award winning instrumentalist Dan Schwartz.

Jim Walsh is a songwriter, author, and recording artist from Minneapolis. “Jim Walsh & the Dog Day Cicadas” released their second recording this fall, the “Shout It Out To You” EP. Walsh is the founder of the songwriter round-robin collective “The Mad Ripple Hootenanny”. and will be joined by his fellow Dog Day Cicada, singer/guitarist Shawn Stelton.
