The Special Consensus is a Chicago formed bluegrass group that has been active since 1975. The 2019 Grammy nominated group unifies the past and the present in their approach to bluegrass music. Comprised of leader Greg Cahill on banjo, Greg Blake on guitar, Nate Burie on mandolin, and Dan Eubanks on bass, the members merge seamlessly to create one sound.
